Description:

Ministarstvo znanosti obrazovanja i športa (MZOŠ) is the governmental body responsible for development of the scientific-research activities and ICT infrastructure, particularly for the education and science systems; development of scientific research; development of science and application of scientific achievements in certain areas, financing of public research, scientific and technological cooperation with foreign countries and international organizations pursuant to international agreements; academic and research exchanges, specialist training and practical training of Croatian and foreign experts pursuant to international, national, business and other agreements. The Ministry is also in charge of strategic planning of the Croatian participation in Framework programmes as well as of monitoring its implementation.
